At Easy Tag, we want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we make returns simple.
1. Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact.
- Non-returnable: perishable goods, customized/personalized items, digital products.
2. Return Process
- Check product eligibility on its detail page.
- Initiate a return via your Easy Tag account or contact customer service.
- Ship back the item or drop off at a designated return location.
3. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

Easy Tag Gift Card / Balance: 2–3 hours
Credit Card: 3–5 business days
Reward Points: Up to 5 business days
Debit Card / Bank Account: Up to 10 business days
Cash (at partner locations): Up to 10 business days
Pre-paid Credit Card: Up to 30 days
Promotional Certificate: No refund issued
4. Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged. If unavailable, a refund will be provided.
